From Artwork to Production
Artwork & Idea Review
The customer provides the artwork and shares their ideas and requirements. Our team communicates closely with the customer to understand the desired size, shape, logo details and sewing method.
3D Technical Drawing
Based on the customer’s requirements, we create a production-ready 3D technical drawing showing the dimensions, thickness, hole positions and structural details. Production begins only after customer approval.
Mold Making
After the 3D drawing is confirmed, we manufacture a precision mold according to the approved product structure.
Die Casting
Molten zinc alloy is injected into the mold through the die-casting process to produce the raw, unpolished metal blanks.
Polishing, Plating & Finishing
The metal blanks are polished and electroplated in the selected finish. After final inspection, the completed sew-on metal labels are ready for packing and delivery.
