Each case study explains a specific custom metal hardware project through the customer's requirements, design development and production approach. Use the project images and descriptions to assess how the shape, logo structure and surface finish relate to the finished part.
Our first featured project is a zinc alloy logo charm for bags and clothing. The customer requested curved surfaces and a mirror-like appearance. The case study follows the artwork, 3D model, production mold and raw casting, then explains edge tumbling, individual grinding and polishing, bright nickel rack plating and the clear protective coating. Bulk production and delivery have been completed.

When reviewing a case study, compare the intended application with your own product. Consider the logo outline, attachment method, surface profile and preferred finish. A reference image can communicate the appearance you want, while artwork and target dimensions help define the part to be developed.
